Hi everyone! I have a girl roommate group of 3 and we’re looking for a 4th to be in our bath double occupancy apartment at the rive next fall! It’s less than a mile from the school, is gated, has a free shuttle, two pools, a gym, and comes fully furnished. All utilities are included except electricity which is determined based off of usage (which we don’t plan to use too much). Parking is $ for the whole lease term if you have a car. We are finance, interior architecture and aerospace engineering majors. We like to keep things pretty tidy as well.
