Master Bedroom for lease takeover

Hi,

I'm looking for a roommate (preferably female identifying, but LGBTQ+) to take over the master bedroom in a bath in early July as a lease takeover. There is opportunity to renew the lease at the end of August. The room has a private bath and walk in closet. It is located in a secure, clean and quiet complex in Mira Mesa. Utilities are not included and are about ~/month. There is lots of storage space (including outdoor patio storage), in unit washer/dryer, private gym, pool, and sauna in the complex. There is a lot of street parking. It is a minute drive to anywhere in San Diego due to easy access to highways.
You'd be living with something young professionals/ graduate student and a very friendly cat. We are extremely clean, quiet and nerdy. Looking for a likeminded individual. Postdocs, PhDs and fellow scientists please reach out!
