Looking for a single person to fill in a private bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. Very large room, approximately feet. Move in date July 1st or earlier if needed. Must be okay with animals. No severe pet allergy. Man or Woman okay. Month to month contract. Looking for a long term commitment. At least 1 year please. Santee, CA.

There are 4 people currently living in the house. I will be moving out of my room at the end of June. With three other current roommates remaining. (Kevin, cats) (Alexis, dog) (Rayelynn, cat).

One resident works from home so you must agree to general quiet hours during the regular work day. Smoking okay outdoors only. No smoking indoors. Must be tidy and able to clean up after yourself. No messes left in common areas, especially the kitchen.

You will have a single room to yourself. foot. One person only. You will share a bathroom with 2 other people. Common areas include a living room, kitchen, large back yard with garden, one extra smaller living room, and a small garage. Parking available in driveway or on street. Large kitchen space. Appliances include fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioner.

Most of the furniture shown will be moved out at the time of your move in. The place is currently lived in but will be cleaned and cleared out. There will be very much space to bring any furniture you want.

Rent $ month PLUS utilities. Usually another $ total for electric, gas, internet, waste disposal, water. Must be able to pass a background check and receive approval from current landlord. They will ask for references, proof of employment paystubs.
