We are looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease ending in October. There is a dollar application fee. We are 2 women looking for preferably another female to move in. The other tenant does have 2 cats but they stay in her room only. I work full time from home but I try my best to keep noise down. The other tenant is going to ASU full time and works part time. The bathroom is shared with me. I tend to be on the cleaner side but as long as the mess is not too much I generally won’t have a problem. We tend to be a little more frugal so we would appreciate someone else who is also mindful of their spending. Utilities include internet, electricity, and water. This is split in thirds and averages to about one hundred each (closer to one fifty in the summer). There is also yard maintenance that we are responsible for.

I live a pretty standard life overall. I work from home so I’m in my room quite a bit and keep to myself about % of the time. I don’t drink or smoke or do drugs or party. I’m in and out of the house a decent amount because I like to travel and get out as much as I can. Also since I WFH that makes me want to be out of the house more. I’m just looking for people that will pay the rent on time, clean up after themselves, and respect my home! I keep the house very clean overall. I don’t have big get togethers except for maybe once a year (Friendsgiving). My neighborhood also just opened a large community center with a well stocked gym and a large pool so you would get a keycard to access those things.
