Private Room near Biltmore

Description

This is a bath townhouse located close to the and Indian School. Across the street from Sprouts, 7 minute drive to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Fry’s. Biltmore is minutes away. You will have access to the community pool and clubhouse. There is one covered parking space available. The home is protected with ADT and will have a water softener installed. I do have a few house rules:

absolutely no drugs or cigarettes -no bacon (we have an allergy in the house) -MUST take shoes off inside -cleaning in common areas is a SHARED responsibility

I work from home Monday-Friday during the day and am usually busy in the evenings with Jiu Jitsu, Salsa and Powerlifting. I enjoy a clean space and am respectful of you and your space. The other roommate is a yo female who works from home part time and travels frequently. She has her 7 year old boxer mix who lives here as well. He is super sweet and very well behaved.
