Hey there! I’m Chance and I’m renting out 2 rooms in my home. I’m right on the edge of Mesa and Apache Junction near Eastmark. My house is a bath and my friend moved out in February. I live a pretty standard life overall. I work from home so I’m in my room quite a bit and keep to myself about % of the time. I don’t drink or smoke or do drugs or party. I’m in and out of the house a decent amount because I like to travel and get out as much as I can. Also since I WFH that makes me want to be out of the house more. I’m just looking for people that will pay the rent on time, clean up after themselves, and respect my home! I keep the house very clean overall. I don’t have big get togethers except for maybe once a year (Friendsgiving). My neighborhood also just opened a large community center with a well stocked gym and a large pool so you would get a keycard to access those things. The rent will be $ per person but that will include everything (rent, water, electricity, wifi, etc.). Send me a message if you are interested!
