I picked up an additional fridge which is kept in the downstairs front room to give us enough food storage space. The same room could be used for additional storage, as well. This home has access to the Chandler Creek Park and community pool that is exactly 1 mile down the road. An HEB plus is 2 miles down, and we have the choice between a Walmart 3 miles down, on palm valley or a Walmart off highway that is in the business plaza next to Home Depot.We will all split utilities which average throughout the year approx. $/month. We have a propane grill on the back patio, and all items throughout the house can be for your use. I take care of the trash, and clean all community areas.The room available faces the the front of the house and is the largest offered, measuring ' coming in at approx. one hundred fifty sqft. In the room, there is a mattress, pillows. blankets, shelves, and dresser. Also, there is window AC unit to further assist the central AC to be used per your convenience.All I request is first months rent, $ hundred&;fifty for you to come aboard, no security.

Beautiful custom built home near Lake Travis. Located off of twenty between Steiner Ranch and Lakeway. Fabulous quiet peaceful feeling of being in the country. But only min from grocery stores, movie theaters, malls - and most importantly…the lakes! Both Lake Austin & Lake Travis (separated by the dam) are a min drive. Four twenty friendly, but smoking and vaping must be done outside because I’m allergic to smoke. Myself and my small eleven lb dog live in the twenty one hundred sq ft home with one female roommate. The upstairs room is available. This room is the only room on the second floor. That provides a lot of privacy. The room has full private bathroom, queen bed, electric fireplace and large screen tv.
