Beautiful custom built home near Lake Travis. Located off of between Steiner Ranch and Lakeway. Fabulous quiet peaceful feeling of being in the country. But only min from grocery stores, movie theaters, malls - and most importantly…the lakes! Both Lake Austin & Lake Travis (separated by the dam) are a 5 min drive. friendly, but smoking and vaping must be done outside because I’m allergic to smoke. Myself and my small lb dog live in the sq ft home alone. There’s actually 2 rooms available for rent. One upstairs and one downstairs. Both, with full private bathrooms. Must pass criminal background & credit check with no evictions and income must be verifiable. I plan on renting the rooms furnished, unless you prefer otherwise. Rooms would be furnished with queen bed, electric fireplace and large screen tv. First and last months rent required to move in. $ per month all bills paid. If you have a dog I charge a $ dog deposit. I’m in my s. I’m not a party girl, but I’m not uptight. I’m chill as long as you pay your bill. My boyfriend is also in his s and might spend nights a month at my house. I also go to his house in round rock. I will be in my bedroom % of the time if I’m home. I travel a lot as well.
