Beautiful custom built home near Lake Travis. Located off of twenty between Steiner Ranch and Lakeway. Fabulous quiet peaceful feeling of being in the country. But only min from grocery stores, movie theaters, malls - and most importantly…the lakes! Both Lake Austin & Lake Travis (separated by the dam) are a min drive. Must pass criminal background & credit check with no evictions and income must be verifiable. First and last months rent required to move in. hundred and dollars per month (all bills paid). If you have a dog I charge a dog deposit. I’m in my fifties. I’m not a party girl, but I’m not uptight. My boyfriend is also in his fifties and might spend two weekends a month at my house. I also go to his house in round rock. I will be in my bedroom most of the time if I’m home. I travel a lot as well. Available August twentieth.
