This two-bedroom apartment in Round Rock, Texas, is a short drive from downtown Austin. Ideal for a female traveling nurse or student, it's not a party house. No pets allowed, as I have one cat.
I prefer a female.
Amenities include a gym, pools, hot tub, basketball courts, and nearby hiking trails. H-E-B is across the street, and the neighborhood is safe.

You’ll have a private room with a shared bathroom, which I clean regularly. The space is quiet, so I prefer someone who doesn't play TV loudly. I work two jobs and may be out most days.

A deposit is required for last month's rent and potential damages. It’s non negotiable. I am open to short-term or long-term leases. The room comes partially furnished with a queen bed, side table, and small dresser. You must supply your towels, sheets, pillow and blankets.
