Private room for rent in townhouse. All utilities are included in rent. House has great AC and heat, dishwasher and laundry. There is a large fridge with filtered water. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes in all directions. There are two parking spots, one in a shared garage and the other a spot to the side of the house. We would share the bathroom and there is a pool. I like to keep the space pretty tidy and clean. As for me I’m working full time as a server and looking to pick up a second job. I live here with my senior labrador who’s a sweetheart and very mellow. In my free time i’m hanging out with friends, going to the gym, going to concerts, doing something outdoors, cooking, or just chilling at home. I’m social but also respect privacy and downtime.
