A few yrs ago life made a change and I care for my mom and is on the main floor as well, where you'll share a bathroom. You'll have your own space to put things. She mainly sticks upstairs and is four twenty friendly. All my friends love her! She is a capable person. She just has her days. Don't feel like you'll have to tip toe around. She's very laid back so do what you will. There are 2 living rooms. One on the main floor and basement. There's a decent size backyard to chill out and play. Quiet neighborhood and good neighbors. It throws up the holidays Sept-Jan. You can keep to yourself if you prefer and if you do don't need an uptight person. Otherwise, relax and enjoy life. Laundry room is in the basement. All utilities are included.Sorry no pets but don't mind them. Just don't have a full fence after it fell. Fifteen mins from airport and fifteen downtown (on a good day 🤪).
