Hi! We are located in a quiet neighborhood about fifteen min from North Park, SDSU, and Hillcrest, and about twenty min from balboa, point loma, downtown, and Coronado! The room has vaulted ceilings, a large closet, and hard wood floors. The room shares a bathroom with the other room(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of moodsetting lights you want.  We will consider pets. The pet deposit will be $ per pet, but there are exceptions. There is a yard  for them as well. The house itself is bright and peacefull with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances (includes washer, dryer, solar panels, AC, and heating). Great location for freeway access (close to , fifty four, fifteen, and 5) making Chula Vista, Downtown and Northpark a quick drive. On a cul-de-sac, tenants have off street parking. It’s a multi-cultural, family neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Neighbors are great, and watch out. Washer/dryer. Rooms are ten ft by twelve ft with shared bathroom. Will be looking for another roommate for second room after first is filled. Full house access. I don’t like rules so I am looking for respectful, considerate and clean roommates who take care of their responsibilities. Utilities are covered in the rent. Internet will be separate. Just repainted, added solid doors for more privacy, and added mirrored closet doors. Has an ok back yard but it’s a work in progress. I’m easygoing, and give people their space and privacy. The area is amazing, no need to worry about your car getting broken into or any homeless people nearby. The area is really safe. The room is a good size room furnished every included. The house has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms it very spacious, so you will feel like you’re in your own world . I personally tavel a lot, so I wouldn’t be at the property often, but my roommate and I are military. We respect each other’s belongings, also, we love to always keep the house clean. One of our biggest pet peeves.
