Looking for a Chill Rommie

A little bit about us, We are two yr old lesbians with 3 cats and a pug. We like good shows, wine/beer, and chill evenings. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, easygoing, respectful and communicative, and doesnt mind a beer or 2. We would prefer military but if we vibe thats good enough for us :)    The room has vaulted ceilings, a really big closet(like you can fit a full sized dresser and theres still room for clothes to hang big), and hard wood floors. You can fit a queen bed (both pics show with a Qbed in them) and a full dresser with plenty of room for activities. The room shares a bathroom with the other roommate(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of mood-setting lights you want, as you can see with one of our previous tennants :)  The house itself is bright and peaceful with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances. There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends privately, or you can hang out with the housemates.               There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed.
