House: bath. Located in a gated community so there is parking:) bathroom is shared with one person! Washer and dryer inside home. Community pool with jacuzzi. Hiking trail located behind the houses! And there is a lake up the street! About us: We are ! Two of us work for the US Navy and one works from home! We keeps things pretty calm at home but are open to have fun on weekends! We aren’t super noisy either! We also don’t mind noise or music! We love to cook, play guitar hero, go hiking, thrifting, make music, and go to edm festivals! Would love to be friends with new roomie but totally okay with not! MUST LOVE ANIMALS. I have two well behaved dogs who mainly stay on the couch(washed every week) or outside in the back yard I have kitties as well which are either in my room most of the day or outside in their catio so u will hardly see them honestly. They are super friendly! I do mop every other day and am on top of picking up after my pets and keeping all spaces clean! Home is also if you include lofts so i promise the pets are not even a bother❤️ We travel monthly to LA so take we all the pets so you’ll have the place pet free!
