Easy access to groceries, bus stops, and the light rail is only a minute walk away, or min drive. Previous roomies lived in it for about + years and the landlord is chill, but always is willing to fix anything that needs it. A clean place. Partially furnished. Also a fireplace. As for laundry, there are machines in the complex's basement, and a laundromat down the street, but my place *does* have a washer and dryer. The roomies got them right before I moved in 2 years ago. They are a little small, but very efficient, so you might have to do more loads than usual.I ask new roomies to be friendly, polite, considerate, clean, pick up after yourselves. (i.e., don't leave dishes in the sink. Just wash them when you're done.) Be reasonable about noise level, especially between am. NON SMOKERS. Also, LGBT friendly. (I myself am a cis gay man.)As for pets, cats are fine. As much as I love dogs, the size of the place might not be fair for a dog.If interested, shoot me a message.
