Looking for 2 new roomies.

Hi there! I'm a year old male, looking for 2 new roomies to move in by end of June. I pick up after myself, and expect you to do the same. Must be non-smokers, and LGBT-friendly. As of now, rent would be $ a month. (That *may* change, as the landlord has yet to get back to me about if they want to do some work on the 2 empty rooms, but if it does change, it shouldn't be too much.)

I work at an eye clinic. I'm a quiet, chill guy who keeps to himself but always tries to be friendly and accommodating. I've been living in Seattle for 2 years now. I read a lot, am a bit of a nerd, but I always make sure not to disturb anyone's peace.

The place is a bathroom, 2 story apartment in Greenwood. Easy access to groceries, bus stops, and the light rail is only a minute walk away, or min drive. Previous roomies lived in it for about + years and the landlord is chill, but always is willing to fix anything that needs it. A clean place. Partially furnished. Also a fireplace. As for laundry, there are machines in the complex's basement, and a laundromat down the street, but my place *does* have a washer and dryer. The roomies got them right before I moved in 2 years ago. They are a little small, but very efficient, so you might have to do more loads than usual.

I ask new roomies to be friendly, polite, considerate, clean, pick up after yourselves. (i.e., don't leave dishes in the sink. Just wash them when you're done.) Be reasonable about noise level, especially between am. NON SMOKERS. Also, LGBT friendly. (I myself am a cis gay man.)

As for pets, cats are fine. As much as I love dogs, the size of the place might not be fair for a dog.
