I've moved from Tucson, and I'm looking for someone to takeover my 1 year lease that started in May. You'll have the only bedroom downstairs which gives easy access to the kitchen and living room. The spacious bedroom features a walk-in closet, and your private bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. The house is in a beautiful, gated-community. It's located in a very convenient area, being next to Sam's club, the Tucson Mall, and many other places. The owner of the house is who currently lives there, and he stays in the bedroom upstairs. He's a very kind, easy to get along with, and hard-working young man. I have basic furniture and a new tv in the bedroom that can either stay or go, you're welcome to keep it at no charge. I didn't take any updated pictures of how he's set the place up, so for now I'll upload pictures from Zillow, but he's really done a great job with small renovations around the house and making the place very beautiful, cozy, and clean. About the property-Our townhouse is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is part of an HOA-managed community, which helps keep the neighborhood peaceful and well-kept. This is a three-bedroom home, and the available room is about ft, with a closet that includes built-in storage. The room currently has a bed in it, but we’re happy to remove it if you’d prefer to bring your own. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. The home has a spacious living room, a dining area, and a kitchen with plenty of room to cook and hang out. There’s also a large back deck that’s great for relaxing. We do have a laundry room with our own washer and dryer that you’ll be welcome to use. You would be officially added to the lease, which means you’d need to follow all lease terms, HOA rules, and go through the standard application process. We plan to continue renting here long term, so if it’s a good fit for everyone, we’d be happy to renew the lease together when the time comes!
