About the property-Our townhouse is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is part of an HOA-managed community, which helps keep the neighborhood peaceful and well-kept. This is a three-bedroom home, and the available room is about ft, with a closet that includes built-in storage. The room currently has a bed in it, but we’re happy to remove it if you’d prefer to bring your own. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. The home has a spacious living room, a dining area, and a kitchen with plenty of room to cook and hang out. There’s also a large back deck that’s great for relaxing. We do have a laundry room with our own washer and dryer that you’ll be welcome to use. You would be officially added to the lease, which means you’d need to follow all lease terms, HOA rules, and go through the standard application process. We plan to continue renting here long term, so if it’s a good fit for everyone, we’d be happy to renew the lease together when the time comes!
About the roomies-My sister and I rent the house together and we’re pretty laid-back. When we’re not working, we’re usually home relaxing—watching movies, listening to music, or playing games. We enjoy hosting dinners and game nights from time to time with close friends and family, so the home has a warm, social vibe. We do have cats in the house, and while they’re trained and well cared for, it’s important to know that we’re not planning on adding any more pets. So we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable living with cats but doesn’t have pets of their own. Keeping a clean and tidy home is important to us, and we’re hoping to find a roommate who shares that mindset—someone respectful, easygoing, and responsible who will treat the space like their own.
