The area is good as the location has local bus routes to surrounding areas such as the Arden Mall and a grocery super stores such as WinCo and Costco Business center, the I- freeway is a couple of blocks away, it is also about a minute drive to Sac State and Cal Expo. The only bad side about this location is there are no sidewalks on the street as it is always busy with cars as it’s a bit noisy during the day. Must be pet friendly, as there are three dogs on the premises in their crates, all friendly. The ideal candidate is those who can agree to rules such as no drugs allowed, smoking is accepted outside the house, nicotine only.
