A master bedroom with a private bathroom is available July 1st for a responsible, quiet, and clean individual. No parties, smoking, or drugs allowed.

All utilities, Wi-Fi, washer, and dryer are included. You will have access to the shared kitchen, dining room, backyard. Stree parking. I prefer long-term renters but am open to a two-month lease as well.

The room can be furnished with a queen bed and one nightstand.
