Hey! I'm looking for someone to take the place of my housemate who plans to move out at the end of our tenancy, at the beginning of November. I'm a PhD student at the University of Manchester, happy to share with students or professionals! Rent is £625 pcm, and we currently pay around £100 per month for energy bills - however I've just renewed the tariff and reckon it'll go down a bit soon.It's a nice big room with lots of storage. The house is fully furnished, so comes with bed, storage space, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. There's an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower/toilet, and a downstairs toilet as well.We also have a garden that I've put some work into this year, growing some flowers, fruit and veg etc - there's some big berry bushes at the back which give a lot of fruit in summer!We have a drive, and there's free residents parking on the street, you just have to apply online. We also have a shed where you can store your bike if you cycle - its only around 10 mins for me to cycle to UoM campus, so pretty easy!In terms of location, its ideal really - you can walk into town in half an hour or so, or 10-15 mins by bus or cab.
