Hi everybody! We are looking for people for our bath house located in East Nashville! We are 2 recent Vanderbilt graduates working at VUMC! The rent is $ pp plus around $ in shared utilities per month. My roommate in the master bedroom pays for the remaining utilities. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed. This will be my second year living in this house and my roommate’s third year, and it is a gorgeous space! We are a pretty easygoing, clean group and are looking for somebody who is likeminded! Our lease renews on September 1st, so that would be a great time for new roommates to move in, but we can be a little flexible with dates as needed! The house also comes fully furnished, so any furniture you see in the photographs will be there.
