Hello! I am looking for people to take over this lease preferably by the end of August
and is up for renewal at the end December.
This is a luxury apt that offers valet trash, is a gated community, is incredibly spacious, and close to the interstate. The rent listed includes just about everything but the NES bill varies each month (typically ). Rent for two people would be about a head. Unit is on the third/top floor as well.
