Close to Charlotte, Ballantyne, Ft. Mill, Rock Hill, Matthews, and Pineville. Etc.The home is spacious with 2 levels.There's plenty of room throughout the home so no one will feel cramped or tight. The home is currently occupied by one tenant (F) and by the end year the homeowner (Gay M) along with 3 mid-size Shelties will also join the fold. We are both easy-going and social but also enjoy private space There's not much in/out traffic keeping things quiet, however, the Shelties will occasionally ramp things up just a bit when company arrives! Other small dogs may be considered with a $ deposit. This place is best suited for the more laid-back personalities. If you are easily annoyed by the small stuff, this probably isn't a space for you. One new tenant has been chosen (M) and will move in this month.Bring your own bedroom furniture or we can arrange for a furnished room. If you need office space, we can arrange for such (no extra cost) if you are a very promising tenant of at least 9 months or more. The home is currently being furnished.
