Hey everyone! My name is Sydney and I’m looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in my BR apartment! Move in date is flexible! Rent is $ a month plus electric. The complex is located near Pineville and is minutes from south end. I’ve been here for 3 years and have loved living here! It’s perfect for someone who loves to go out but doesn’t want to live directly in the city like myself.

The apartment includes washer/dryer, balcony, valet trash, WiFi, key fob entrance to the gate of the stairs and apartment door for extra security, pool and clubhouse access, close to a light rail stop and amazing maintenance/management staff that responds quickly if there’s a problem! The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom that you’d have! The apartment will be deep cleaned before you move in!
