My youngest son recently moved out. I'm looking for a clean, responsible individual to share my ba apartment. It's sqft with carpet in the living room and dining room. There's a small yard and plenty of space for both our vehicles in the driveway. The spare bedroom is partially furnished with a desk, dresser, nightstand, possibly a tv, and a twin xl frame that just needs a new mattress (plenty of bedding). I have everything one would need to get by as far as cooking, etc, but am willing to junk if you have better. I'm not looking to rent a room. I want a roommate. We don't have to be best friends but definitely part of each other's lives. I love to cook for people and make them feel welcome. I am a Christian widow. I do smoke but ONLY OUTSIDE. The apartment is right in front of the clubhouse, so you'll have quick access to all the amenities, like the pool, gym, and study spaces!The townhouse layout is awesome—there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, which is the room I’m leasing. This is great because it gives you more privacy, and you don’t have to worry about making noise at certain hours at night. The amenities are fantastic, and the community is super chill. My current roommates are super sweet, clean, and respectful, and the vibe in the unit is peaceful and friendly. I’m actually really sad to leave them, but I’m graduating in the spring, which is why I need to move out early.
