Summer sublease /lease takeover

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Redpoint Gainesville starting this May through July with the options to renew the lease of course if you decide to stay . It’s a private bedroom with your own bathroom and lots of closet space in a furnished townhouse. Rent is $/month plus water and electricity, and the location is great—really close to UF and Santa Fe, with a direct bus route to campus. The best part? The apartment is right in front of the clubhouse, so you'll have quick access to all the amenities, like the pool, gym, and study spaces!
The townhouse layout is awesome—there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, which is the room I’m leasing. This is great because it gives you more privacy, and you don’t have to worry about making noise at certain hours at night. The amenities are fantastic, and the community is super chill. My current roommates are super sweet, clean, and respectful, and the vibe in the unit is peaceful and friendly. I’m actually really sad to leave them, but I’m graduating in the spring, which is why I need to move out early. It’s been a great place to live, and I know whoever takes over will enjoy it just as much!
