The location of the residence is forty eighth Street and Baseline in Tempe. We have 2 options available for our future roommate/s. :) please look at photos for measurements of rooms. Formatting is difficult on here. Option 1: personal bedroom, w/ more private bathroom - 8 hund. / month Includes Wi-Fi, water/trash, and electricity to an extent. One personal bedroom, personal access to the homes hall bathroom (as the only user outside of houseguest, cleanliness is your responsibility).Option 2: shared hall bathroom Bedroom 1: w/ larger closet Bedroom 2: w/ smaller closet Includes Wi-Fi. Water/trash/electric would be split 4 ways. One personal bedroom, shared hall bathroom between 2 roommates (as the only users outside of houseguests, cleanliness would be a shared responsibility). INCLUDED IN BOTH OPTIONS: Shared access to the kitchen (cleanliness would be a household responsibility), laundry room, and backyard area. Pets are not preferred but are welcome with a fifty $ per pet monthly pet fee in addition to the rent/utilities. First months rent and 6 hund. $ as a security deposit would be required before moving in. We would also both agree to and accept a lease before moving forward officially with anything, that I will have written out for us both to sign.
