Moderately quiet house, we both work full time construction and up early. Not looking for a party or someone up all night making a lot of noise. That said you don't have to be silent either lol. Ideal roommate someone that works full-time or goes to school and is clean and courteous.

We keep the house at degrees year round.
Cox internet, Mb down, unlimited.
friendly, outside only though. No smoking cigarettes. No vaping in the house.
Some minor workout equipment out back, exercise bike in the house. Welcome to be used.

I have a friendly cat already and only allowed one pet.
