I'm looking for a FEMALE or non-binary person to take over my roommate's part of the lease for AUG 1st. - rent: $1650- deposit: $1600- utilites: est. $100 (gas, electric, internet, insurance)- offering: 1 bath (across the hall), 1 parking spot- bath: tub/shower combo- 2nd/top floor unit of a WeHo apartment - amenities: W/D in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, LOTS of kitchen storage, wall A/C units, central gas heater, hardwood floors, parking- landlords: super sweet couple who are very attentive, respectful, and generous! - parking: 1 gated, underground spot for youI park on the street with 2 parking permits (paid for by the landlord). There is a $ price difference in our rent because of the parking space. My bedroom has 4 more feet in length, but the bathrooms and closets are the same size. - NO smoking, dogs, or loud parties(cats are allowed!)I've included pics from the original listing back in Oct 2024 as well as current ones of our shared living space.
