I’m renting out my large bedroom with a private full bathroom in a peaceful, gated community near the freeway and Topanga Mall. The room has a big closet and comes with a bed frame, TV, Xbox, and full-sized mirror that you’re welcome to keep or replace with your own furniture.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a quiet, respectful -year-old male who is mostly away during the week and home on weekends. The apartment includes in-unit washer and dryer.

The community is quiet, friendly, and walkable — people are always out walking — and includes great amenities like a small gym, pools, tennis courts, and volleyball courts.

There’s plenty of parking, and guests are welcome on occasion.
