I have a 1br and shared bath available for rent. Amenities in the available bedroom include desk, closet, shelving and a inch TV. The house is fully furnished including the bedroom and is move-in ready. Just bring your suitcase. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishwasher. I would be staying occasionally (approx % of the time) and mostly on weekends. There is a dedicated washer/dryer just outside the apartment. All utilities including internet, Max, Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+ come with the price of rent.No parking is included, but the area is very walkable with public transport and rental e-bikes and e-scooters nearby. This would be a perfect place to transition into the city. This would be a month to month lease and will request proof of funds, employment and credit report.
