Room in SF Presidio Co-op House

My name is Phoebe (she/her) and I’m a Wildlife Ecologist for the Presidio Trust, so I spend a lot of time outside doing management and conservation work, and I really love my job. I moved to SF a year and a half ago when I took this position and previously was in the East Bay getting my doctorate at UC Berkeley. I’m in my s and am queer, nerdy, a little witchy, and enjoy both chill and social time. I’ve had housemates in the past and love living communally. I have an indoor cat named Luna who is a ~8 year old rescue. She is friendly but aloof, so she likes to hang out and play but isn’t necessarily very cuddly. My work schedule means that I am up early (before 7am) and go to bed early (pm-ish). My ideal housemates would either have a similar bedtime or be respectful of quiet hours since the house is not very noise-proof.I’m looking for housemates who are excited about the idea that the people you live with are also people you want to spend time with. If you like the idea of having house meals together, being adventure buddies, going to protests together, doing creative things like music or art, and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor spaces in the Presidio together, you’re a good fit. That being said, if you’re not a social butterfly that’s also ok. My preference is for queer, woman-identifying housemates, and am open to anyone who is kind, mature, and a good communicator. I keep the house tidy and welcoming, and am looking for housemates who are organized and respectful of others. Other housemates will be added as they join.
