I am a year old female with a small dog who is hyper allergenic and doesn’t shed about me. I love humor, yoga, and music. I get up early. Go to bed pretty early like a quiet house but definitely seeking laughter and loving environment.

We have a brand new ring security system, several patios and garden w/ optimal street parking. In house laundry and dryer is a huge bonus! Both available rooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom and private downstairs entrance. Both rooms have a shared common area in between plus a storage room that's perfect for anything extra you might have. Upstairs theres a shared kitchen, living room and family room along with the 2 other rooms. There is a room available upstairs as well that has a connected bathroom.We are pet friendly (no carpet!) and don't charge extra for fur babies! (We have 2 elder kitties of our own.) We are open to all kinds lifestyles and stand for PLUR (peace, love, unity and respect) in this house! All house mates work full time so our weekdays are quiet by pm and weekends are mainly reserved for socializing and going out dancing! Hello! I am looking for a roommate in a spacious bath apartment in a great spot in Hillcrest. Move in is June is total of rent, utilities, and parking.Room includes a private closet, private bathroom, a tandem parking spot, on laundry, a community sun deck, as well as two additional storage closets. There’s a large living room, full sized kitchen, a separate dining room, gas fireplace, and built in heating. The apartment is a ten minute walk to Ralph’s/Trader Joes, an to ten minute walk to popular clubs/bars, and an eighteen to twenty two minute walk to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. I have a super sweet bulldog. Not really looking for additional pets but a cat might be considered. The community is pretty quiet so I prefer someone that isn’t loud or a constant partier. Visitors are allowed and there’s a bunch of free parking in front of the complex. There’s a gas fireplace in the living room. I’m looking for someone that is clean, responsible, has a stable job, not terrible credit, and has good communication. One year lease required so this is not month to month.
