It’s less than a mile from the school, is gated, has a free shuttle, two pools, a gym, and comes fully furnished. All utilities are included except electricity which is determined based off of usage (which we don’t plan to use too much). Parking is $ for the whole lease term if you have a car. We are finance, interior architecture and aerospace engineering majors. We like to keep things pretty tidy as well.
