No smoking inside the house, alcohol is fine. No pets. We’re all in the military, working professionals who are clean and respectful. The house is equipped with solar, water filtration system (alkaline water), security system, firepit, and home gym. Washer and dryer in the house open for everyone, spacious backyard, additional refrigerator and freezer in the garage. The garage is converted into a home gym, but there are plenty parking on the driveway and on the street. Rents are as follows:~ room is $ a month all utilities included. (Room 1, located upstairs)Proof of income required, and a background/credit check fee. The location is on Gold Coast Drive walkable to Miramar college and Mira Mesa Blvd near the , so it is very easy to get to from the freeway ( minutes) and every store you will ever need is within minutes away (Trader Joes, Sprouts, Smart n Final, Home Depot, etc). This is a quiet neighborhood with fabulous and friendly neighbors. There is ample street parking available.About You: We are looking for an easy going, light-hearted soul. Someone who pays bills on time and is respectful. Someone, for example, who helps start the dishwasher and puts dishes away as needed, helps with trash, or basic house duties as needed. Ideally you’re a vegetarian as we are veggies here.
