Hey there! We're looking for a new roommate to join our spacious and comfy 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome in sunny Santee, CA. The available room is the single bedroom, complete with: Walk-in closet and your own private bathroom.

Rent & Utilities:

• Rent is a fixed price, our landlord has notified us that yearly raise in rent is unlikely to occur.
