Rent is $ a month for the bigger room including utilities and for the smaller room it is $ a month including utilities with a one time $ security deposit for both rooms. Living room will be fully furnished we still need to get a tv. The house has been fully remodled but still getting the finishing touches. I own a cat who is very quiet and reserved. it's a bath (your space would be unfurnished) and part of the living room will be empty so you can use it for storage or bring your own furniture. rent has utilities included and looking for a clean and respectable roommate to move in ASAP. I work pm so I will be gone most of the day and I like to keep to myself at night I'll be in my room playing video games most of the time.
