Welp I am on the hunt for a roommate, my roomie moved to FL for a new job making big girl money.

South SLC bordering Millcreek and Sugarhouse

- move in sept: 1st

-basement apartment with all amenities, and backyard. Seperate entry and lease from upstairs tenants, plenty of light with lots of above ground windows, living room is ground level with big sliding glass door that lets in lots of light as well

-great location with parks nearby, one stoplight away from all major freeways in slc.

-Must be clean, quiet, respectful of others and responsible.

-Must be okay with dogs, if you have a dog must be trained and hypoallergenic.

-small place, no couples but guests are welcome.

-living room is now furnished but welcome to replace whatever with me to make the vibe right

-move in sept 1st earlier can be negotiated too.

-great landlord!!

-a little about me: I am years old, I stay pretty quiet and routinely during the week. Daily walks, occasional nights out, i rarely drink, don’t smoke, I am learning new sports this year so if you want to learn with me or get me into something I’m so down!!, I love game nights, I want to learn to sew. I have a sweetheart teddy bear 9 year old dog who I have trained to be very respectful to others spaces and mind her own… but she loves cuddles if you’ll let her cuddle you. I keep her very clean and take good care of her, if I’m away for a night I always have a plan for her so no responsibility on you. I prefer someone who is quiet as well, we do have upstairs neighbors who are very sweet and around my same age with one kiddo, but we have a mutual respect for the noise in the house keep it down.
