This would be ideal as I typically stay upstairs anyway and the prospective roommate would have their own bathroom and access to a kitchen, pool and natural spring beach on Wekiva Spring. This is a beautiful condo in a prestigious community. I am a property manager working in Maitland. I am off weekends but like to travel and do daycations. I'm friendly but not a big talker.
