I lease a floor condo and my daughter decided to move in with her boyfriend leaving me with a $ rent and a two year lease that started in May. My landlord has given me permission to either sublet or get a roommate. This would be ideal as I typically stay upstairs anyway and the prospective roommate would have they're own bathroom and access to a kitchen, pool and natural spring beach on Wekiva Spring. This is a beautiful condo in a prestigious community.

I am a property manager working in Maitland. I am off weekends but like to travel and do daycations. I'm friendly but not a big talker. My only deal breaker is loud music. The walls aren't thin so it would take a lot to annoy me but I love peace and serenity. If you party hard please swipe left. I am and just like to live in peace and solitude.
