There are two fridges and you can use the small fridge all to yourself. All that is required is tidiness and bed mattress will be vaccumed and cleaned every month. I will also provide comfortable bedding. There is a laundry mat service across the street and grocery store. The train station is a 7 minute walk and takes you to DTLA in less than minutes. No parking available for anyone in the complex, this is Korea town! You can purchase a monthly pass in nearby structures. Street parking and meter parking is mostly available mornings and early afternoon. Rent goes up 6% once a year. Please provide copy of ID and two contacts for referrals/ emergencies. I will also require signing of agreement that sublease is at will, with a three month notice to move out if necessary.
