Walking distance to the Westfield Topanga Mall, shopping, dining, nightlife, public transportation, and parks. It is also about a minute drive to Malibu Beach!

I’m a working professional — clean, quiet, respectful, and reliable. I pay all my bills on time, keep shared spaces neat and clean, and enjoy a peaceful home overall. I am looking for someone easygoing, considerate, and financially stable.
