The apartment is approximately yards from the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and the center of the town is within walking distance. The property is gated with a walk through gate and a large gate to allow a car to be parked inside the property, if space is available. There is also a large patio with a limited amount of workout equipment and yoga lessons are offered when the instructor is available.
