Room for rent in a shared apartment

Description

Apartment bedroom for rent by the week or by the month in Jacó, Costa Rica. Weekly one hundred fifty dollars or Monthly hundred fifty dollars. A bed available to a gay friendly man. Private bedroom with a balcony but you would share the remainder of the apartment with a straight-acting gay single man leasing the apartment on a long term lease. It is a two bedroom apartment, fully furnished with air conditioning, a washer (no dryer but a rack is available to hang clothes for drying) and there is no microwave but there is a refrigerator, electric range, counter top toaster oven, rice maker, two slice toaster, coffee maker, large shower, HD cable TV, and WiFi. The apartment is approximately yards from the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and the center of the town is within walking distance. The property is gated with a walk through gate and a large gate to allow a car to be parked inside the property, if space is available. There is also a large patio with a limited amount of workout equipment and yoga lessons are offered when the instructor is available.
