Includes washer and dryer in good condition. Very close to Commons-just a few blocks up South Hill! I live here currently and have a good relationship with the landlord. Utilities are texted out to us on a quarterly basis. Here’s what I’m looking for:I appreciate someone who keeps things tidy - picking up after themselves and contributing to cleaning our shared spaces. I've never done a chore wheel before, but I'm open to creating some structure that keeps things fair and clean.Trust is important to me, so I do ask for references from both a previous landlord and roommate.I also need to know you can consistently make rent, whether through a job, student loans.My dog is an important part of my household. She is a hound mix, very easy-going and liking people is her default.I have celiac disease, which means I need a roommate who understands cross-contamination and is willing to follow some specific kitchen protocols to keep things safe. While I’m not “super sensitive” (whatever that means), staying on top of it makes a big difference to how I can work. Your approach to communication and problem-solving matters to me. Big, spacious rooms with a good amount of space between bedrooms for privacy. CATS ONLY, NO DOGS per landlord. I have two cats so roommate must be okay with cats, no allergies. I work in animal rescue/veterinary medicine, so rest assured I’m a responsible owner. There’s a nice sunroom that looks out to the street and Bde Maka Ska, just one block from the lake! Fantastic location! Water and refuse bills are covered by the landlord. We are responsible for wifi and energy. No central air, this house is + years old. But window units work just fine. We do have radiator heating for winter that works wonderfully!
