Female Roommate Needed!

I’ve lived in this 2nd floor duplex for 4 years now and it’s been so ideal! Landlord is on the first floor, and easy to contact about anything. Big, spacious rooms with a good amount of space between bedrooms for privacy. CATS ONLY, NO DOGS per landlord. I have two cats so roommate must be okay with cats, no allergies. I work in animal rescue/veterinary medicine, so rest assured I’m a responsible owner. There’s a nice sunroom that looks out to the street and Bde Maka Ska, just one block from the lake! Fantastic location! Water and refuse bills are covered by the landlord. We are responsible for wifi and energy. No central air, this house is + years old. But window units work just fine. We do have radiator heating for winter that works wonderfully! The location is quiet and safe, quick walking distance bus stops, Lunds & Byerlys, coffee shops, Magers & Quinn, etc. we have a garbage disposal, dishwasher, coin laundry in basement. Looking for a roommate for a September 1st move in!
