The four buses going every which way about a minute ride to the subway, but about a minute walk on a nice day if we get any this year safe clean, quiet my sister and I are both retired in their late s. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. 3 are occupied by me, an engineering student, and a female nursing student. We are all either working , studying , or sleeping. We don’t party or having any special events . On top of the monthly rent, one month deposit required , which will be refunded when leaving the apartment after giving me a -days notice before leaving. So if you are a quiet working or studying person , you are welcome to join us. No criminal background accepted. No smoking inside the apartment, but you can smoke regular tobacco cigarettes in the kitchen service room where you can set , smoke, enjoy a vitamin D dose from sun rays near the sun set.
