Hi all!

I am moving and looking for someone to take my room in a bathroom basement unit starting November . You would be signing a new 1 year lease with the roommate and landlord. Utilities are all included. Wifi is separate as it comes to about $ per person a month ($ in total).

The room fits a double bed and a medium sized desk plus a dresser or two. It is pretty spacious and you could fit a good amount in there.

The apartment is fully furnished (besides the room). Although some new furniture could be added as there is room.

There is shared coin-operated laundry (washer and dryer) in the main floor of the house. It is shared with the other two units upstairs.

Roommate is a male in his ’s. He works FT in person. Very clean and respectful guy! He speaks English, Portuguese and some Spanish. He likes to go out with friends on the weekend and loves music. He’s a great guitar player so you’ll get to hear him play from time to time.
