Only 4 minutes from Capital University, minutes from OSU Main Campus, 9 minutes from Columbus State. These pictures were from before I moved in, but the place is fully furnished now. I do have a 4yr old pup named Jazz who is well behaved, very quiet & loves people, so you would have to be willing to look after her a little bit while I'm away for a vacation or something. Just help care for her like she's your best friend too (which she will definitely become). I'm a bit of a houseplant guy so you'll have plenty of fresh air! I am right on a pond, which means a beautiful view & all kinds of wildlife. Rent is $ starting on the 1st of the month, plus pay half the AEP electricity bill. Water, parking pass, community pool access, lawn care & trash removal is included. I bought the place three years ago & have made several improvements including new lighting, a new garbage disposal, electrical work, ceiling fan install & outdoor work.
